Summary

Mei Lun learns about the stringent requirements for becoming an advanced member of the Beast Tamer Alliance, which he can bypass due to a recommendation from his mentor, You Ni Ka. He becomes a junior member and explores the alliance's branch in Roland City, discovering various tasks and items available for purchase, including potions to aid in beast training. After buying several potions, he tests their effects on his beast, Spike, and finds them effective for growth and recovery. In a mission, Spike easily defeats a transformed monster, earning Mei Lun contribution points. Later, Mei Lun reconciles with his roommate Sora, who invites him to the opening of the Gourmet Association, led by notable figures. Mei Lun considers attending, partly to fulfill a promise to visit Jia Nuo's farm again.
