Summary

Xu Liao returns to Yaohai Street after school, choosing silence over conversation with Sun Bo Fang. He transforms into a black light and enters the Heavenly Emperor’s Garden, flying over ten meters above ground. After retrieving the Drunken Immortal Liquid, he descends into a dry well where he discovers a spacious area filled with white bones and vines. He throws the liquid onto the vines, causing a powerful force to surge from the ground. Despite the overwhelming energy, Xu Liao activates his techniques to combat it. As he throws more Drunken Immortal Liquid, the sinister energy becomes disorganized, allowing him to reveal a sealing platform made of hard stone adorned with black runes. The Ghost Face Vine’s energy collapses under his assault, and he manages to control it while dispelling the effects of the liquid. After a few hours of refining, the Ghost Face Vine’s energy surges, and together they lift the sealing platform, which shrinks and lands in Xu Liao’s hand. The Ghost Face Vine emerges, revealing its ability to traverse between realms. Xu Liao is amazed by its power and realizes he would not have been able to control such a high-end monster without the Drunken Immortal Liquid. He completes his task of shattering the sealing platform and subduing the Ghost Face Vine, receiving rewards for his efforts.
