Summary
Yang Xi wakes up to find her husband, Wang Ning An, taking care of their son, who has diarrhea. Wang Ning An is concerned about the rain and humidity causing illnesses in children and wants to take precautions. Yang Xi mentions the little prince's illness, which worries Wang Ning An, who decides to visit the palace to recommend a doctor, Qian Yi, to treat the prince. Wang Ning An takes Qian Yi to the national uncle's mansion, where they meet Cao Yi, who is also trying to recommend a doctor. Wang Ning An and Cao Yi take Qian Yi to the imperial palace, where the emperor and empress are desperate to find a cure for their son. Qian Yi examines the prince and prescribes a loess soup, which is met with skepticism by the imperial physicians. However, the empress decides to take a chance, and the prince miraculously recovers after drinking the soup. Qian Yi stays in the palace for two days, prescribing nourishing medicines, and the prince makes a full recovery. The emperor is overjoyed and thanks Wang Ning An and Cao Yi for recommending Qian Yi.
