Summary

Han San Qian cautioned Wen Ge and others against troubling Chen Ling before leaving. Upon arriving at Chen Ling's house, he found her watching TV instead of cooking as promised. When her friend, Qin Rou, arrived, both were surprised to see each other, having previously met on a flight. Qin Rou revealed to Chen Ling that Han San Qian was being kept by an older woman, shattering Chen Ling's favorable image of him. Despite Han San Qian's capabilities, the revelation of his dependency on someone else for financial support left Chen Ling feeling disillusioned, questioning why he would accept such a situation when he had the potential to succeed independently.
