Summary

Miao Yi, possessing the Mysterious Yin Mirror, faces a formidable treasure gourd that nullifies his attacks. He recalls the little mantis, a creature capable of long-range attacks and undeterred by demonic energy. Summoning thirty-five mantises, he directs them to gnaw at the gourd's chains, which are second-grade magical treasures. Despite their slow progress, hope rises among his companions as they witness the mantises' efforts. Miao Yi encourages Qi Xiu Hong, who is weakening under the chains, to hold on. He insists they can escape together, drawing strength from their shared struggle against the overwhelming odds.
