Summary

Zi Ling, feeling emotional, urges Chu Feng to leave and not risk his life for her, believing her predicament is her own fault. Despite her pleas, Chu Feng is determined to save her, crawling inch by inch until he collapses from exhaustion. As he loses consciousness, he is encased in ice, prompting Zi Ling to panic, fearing he might be dead because of her. A golden-robed spirit master appears, noting Chu Feng's unwavering determination and revealing the extent of his suffering. He grants Zi Ling a nine-section martial skill and frees her from her bindings. Chu Feng miraculously heals, and upon awakening, he finds Zi Ling embracing him. However, she quickly withdraws, embarrassed, and then retrieves the martial skill, insisting that Chu Feng keep it.
