Summary

In Xi Man's workshop, Cheng Dalei learns about a special blue paper made from a water plant and a unique dye formula. Despite creating a new paper currency for Qinchuan Bank, the locals prefer silver coins, leading to disappointment for Cheng Dalei. As autumn arrives, three years have passed since Cheng Dalei's arrival in the northwest, where he now commands a large army and oversees a growing community.
