Summary

In a chaotic scene at the "Stone" restaurant, the Big Young Master of the Fei family confronts a group of thugs who have wreaked havoc, throwing furniture and intimidating customers. Li Yun Dao, a police officer, remains calm amidst the turmoil, asserting that numbers alone won't solve the problem. As tensions rise, he engages in a battle of wits with the Scarred Face, a dangerous thug. The confrontation escalates when Da Fei, a young thug, attempts to attack Li Yun Dao but is unexpectedly overpowered by a towering figure who gruesomely bites off part of Da Fei's arm.
