Summary

Ye Qing, feeling the cold aura from a jade talisman, flatters the State Master, Old Bai, to gain favor. After a series of exaggerated compliments, Ye Qing reveals he has destroyed the Black Dragon Gate, shocking Old Bai. They discuss the mysterious cliff, which is an imperial weapon, and the potential hiding place of a Buddha statue. Despite Ye Qing's efforts to move the cliff, he realizes it’s impossible. Later, he and his companions discover empty coffins of past headmasters, and a yellow talisman begins to vanish. Ye Qing manages to grab it but feels a chilling force trying to pull him into another dimension. In a desperate act, he severs his fingers to escape the grip of the talisman.
