Summary

A fiery red creature resembling a snake with wings emerges from a shell, attacking Han Sen. Despite his attempts to fight back with a dagger, the creature evades him and continues its pursuit. Han Sen narrowly escapes, and the group realizes they are not equipped to kill the creature, deciding to wait for Ning Yue for a proper plan. Han Sen reflects on the mysterious nature of the creature and the Ning family's motives. After a successful but dangerous mission, they rest, but Han Sen feels unwell after eating Zhu Ting's roasted meat. Soon, Yang Yong Cheng and others collapse, leaving Han Sen and Zhu Ting as the only ones conscious.
