Summary

In a secret chamber on the Eastern Continent, a monk named Miao Kong meditates while surrounded by golden light. Meanwhile, in Cangxu City, Shi Mu is distressed over the disappearance of Zhong Xiu, feeling a supernatural presence linked to her absence. Despite his efforts to understand the situation, he is troubled by memories of their shared past. With the help of his companion Cai Er, he recalls a mysterious woman and a spatial fluctuation that might explain Zhong Xiu's vanishing. Determined to find her, Shi Mu prepares to leave Cangxu City, realizing that staying would only complicate matters.
