Summary

Duan Ling, who had previously been unable to resist the fierce little black dog, broke through to the Divine Body Realm after the High Priest sacrificed himself. With his newfound strength, Duan Ling felt an unprecedented power and his aura became incredibly fierce. He charged towards the little black dog, determined to slay it. However, despite his powerful sword energy, he was no match for the dog and was sent flying. The dog's paw shattered Duan Ling's sword and true energy, leaving him feeling lost and despairing. The dog lord then appeared, surprised that Duan Ling had not been squashed, and reflected on his physical body being stronger than the Supreme. The dog lord then slapped Duan Ling, causing a violent explosion that shook the city wall. A small, ancient-looking metal tower fell from the ruins, and the little black dog felt a sense of familiarity with it. The tower suddenly trembled, and a wisp of essence floated out, before transforming into a stream of light and vanishing. The little black dog was left puzzled, unable to recall where it had seen the tower before. It then reminded Bu Fang that he owed the dog lord some supreme dragon meat drunken ribs before falling into a deep sleep.
