Summary

Tang San reaches the peak of the mountain after a long climb, feeling a sense of beauty and tranquility. He stands before the Tianhu Palace but hesitates to enter, reflecting on the immense power of the Tianhu great demon emperor and his own limitations. A seven-tailed Tianhu demon king appears, engaging in conversation with him. She encourages him to enter, but Tang San expresses his fear of losing his identity. The demon king admires his restraint and gives him a stone of fortune, indicating it will aid him in the future. After their encounter, Tang San descends the mountain, reuniting with his companions who are relieved to see him. He reveals the stone of fortune, which signifies his achievement at the Tianhu Palace, while his friends share their own experiences with the palace trials.
