Summary

Zhao Shan, along with Chen Family leaders, ascends Wangxi Peak, a lush and spiritually significant site once occupied by a Dao Dan elder. Following military conflicts, Hexi aims to consolidate control over Crane River County by expelling remnants of the Helan Sword Sect and establishing Dao Academies. Internal strife within the He Xiang Army and the Huang Clan weakens their position, leading to defections to Hexi. Lian Yongliang and Hua Yanming's betrayal significantly boosts Hexi's forces, allowing them to repel Musashi troops and expand their military presence. Chen Lie is appointed as Elder at Wangxi Peak, tasked with fortifying defenses.
