Summary

In a dense forest, Yang Ye stands before a large tree with ten elite assassins hidden in the shadows. After acknowledging their skills, he returns a strand of their souls, freeing them from his control. They express their loyalty, motivated by a desire for revenge against powerful enemies. Yang Ye provides them with a mysterious technique and warns of impending danger from the Demon Race. They agree to train and improve their strength, motivated by a reward of energy stones and talismans for defeating enemies. As they vanish to prepare, Yang Ye reflects on his bond with them, feeling warmth and responsibility, but is interrupted by a sudden realization of his own aging.
