Summary

During a meeting, Mei Lun seeks advice on avoiding the gaze of the rule source, revealing his ability to temporarily elevate his strength. Ryuya explains that achieving perfect sainthood makes one less noticeable to these beings, and introduces the Rule Weaving Technique, which allows for balancing multiple rule powers to avoid detection.
