Summary

A paper fan strikes a man, causing him to bleed, as a white-clad figure defends him. Yuan Cong, sensing the man's strength, engages him in conversation about a recent encounter with bandits who used 'Yi Gong San' to capture travelers. After escaping, Yuan shares his story, facing skepticism from others. A confrontation ensues, but is quelled by Bai Yi Nan Zi, who restores order. Later, a woman warns Yuan about the dangers of the Xiliang Kingdom's son-in-law competition, suggesting he leave for his safety. Despite her concerns, Yuan remains resolute, ultimately departing the inn alone the next day.
