Summary

The chapter describes the sudden emergence of the Bohai Kingdom, which delivered a surprise attack on the Liao Kingdom. The Bohai troops carried out a large-scale massacre during the Liao enthronement ceremony, which left the Cheng brothers dumbfounded. Wang Ning'an, the ruler of Bohai, declared that the kingdom was built on the hatred of the Liao and the blood of its people, and that they would continue to send more Qidan people to hell.
