Summary

Chu Tian, fleeing from the bickering old monsters, uses ten teleportation talismans to escape over ten thousand miles but finds himself pursued by the Shui Clan's surveillance. Despite his distance, he cannot shake off the calm sea surface that follows him, indicating the Shui Clan's strategic advantage. Shui Wuhen, the previous Grand Elder of the Shui Clan, confronts Chu Tian, offering him a position as a family servant instead of a slave, trying to persuade him of its benefits. Chu Tian, however, prefers freedom over servitude, comparing it to being a wolf versus a dog. Ultimately, he activates a unique teleportation talisman given to him by Zi Xiaosheng, vanishing into a purple mist to escape.
