Summary

Linghu Qiu is confronted by Xu Lao Liu and his companions, who demand he leave. Despite his reluctance, he is pushed out but tries to convince Niu You Dao of the importance of their mission regarding Wei Chu. Niu You Dao, however, decides to abandon the plan, influenced by Guan Fang Yi, who offers him a more comfortable life in the capital. Linghu Qiu is frustrated, having already paid a hefty sum for the mission. Niu You Dao insists that he will find a way to repay Linghu Qiu, emphasizing the importance of reputation in their line of work. Linghu Qiu warns him about potential future dangers from the Golden King, but Niu You Dao remains determined to stay in the capital, believing he can manage the situation. They agree to prioritize Wei Chu's escape before addressing the warhorse issue.
