Summary

Shi Mu confronts a young man who reveals that his sect was tasked with escorting a convoy and that Shi Mu's image was included in their mission briefing. Before the young man can explain further, he is attacked by yellow arrows, which Shi Mu deflects but not without injury to the young man. As Shi Mu pursues a fleeing gray figure, he is trapped in a confinement formation set by the Mingyue Sect, who aim to delay them for the Floating Cloud caravan. Shi Mu and Zhong Xiu attempt to break the formation, but their efforts are initially thwarted. After several attempts, Shi Mu discovers the black knife's unique ability and begins to weaken the formation. As they make progress, the gray-robed man orders a retreat, but just as they prepare to leave, Shi Mu breaks through the formation, creating a significant crack.
