Summary

Fu Tian Jia Zhu, a ruler of Tokyo's underground, faces the envoy Ji Qian Ming after a failed attempt to negotiate for his son's safety. Despite possessing a magical wind chime that controls minds, Fu Tian Jia Zhu realizes it has no effect on Ji Qian Ming, who possesses superior mental power. In despair, Fu Tian Jia Zhu is forced to commit suicide under Ji Qian Ming's control. The envoy then turns his attention to Fu Tian Gui Ye, the son, who pleads for mercy. However, Ji Qian Ming, unwilling to leave any threats behind, kills him as well. The scene ends with Ji Qian Ming igniting the room in flames, leaving no survivors.
