Chapter 341: The Second Day. [341]

Summary

Zhao Hong Run, after a cold night by a bonfire, returned to the Qing Yang tribe's campsite at dawn. He enjoyed a warm breakfast of sheep cakes and milk, prepared by a kind woman. Upon meeting his sixth uncle, Zhao Yuan Run, he expressed resentment for having to sleep outside. Their conversation revealed tensions between the Wei and Qin kingdoms, as Zhao Yuan Run had advised against a dangerous military strategy. As they prepared for a hunting day, Zhao Hong Run noticed his guards' awkwardness around young women from the tribe. A girl, A Mu Tu's daughter, approached him, expressing disappointment at his absence the previous night. Zhao Yuan Run mischievously told her that Zhao Hong Run would impress her with the best prey, leaving Zhao Hong Run frustrated yet amused.
