Summary

Jian Bo Yang informs Yue Chen that becoming the Guardian of the Third District grants him access to vast resources, but most of the area is dangerous and off-limits to humans. Yue Chen contemplates the long-term investment and hopes to secure a safe place for his family. He decides to name the immigration zone Yun Shui City. After a conversation with Jian Bo Yang, he plans a farewell gathering with university friends, signaling the end of his student life. Upon arriving at the Moon Palace, he meets Mao Er, who has transformed into a more delicate form. He learns that Hua Rui Fu Ren and Hua Mei are out enjoying tea and storytelling. Yue Chen finds them at a luxurious restaurant, dressed in traditional attire, and reflects on how society has changed regarding their appearance.
