Summary

It's a late night at Peking University, with most buildings dark except for the student dormitories. Zhang Ye gives Wu Ze Qing a ride home in his BMW, noticing her accentuated chest when she fastens her seatbelt. Wu Ze Qing senses his discomfort and covers herself with a coat. They engage in small talk, with Zhang Ye learning that Wu Ze Qing is unmarried. Zhang Ye drops Wu Ze Qing off at her residence and returns home, where he receives a call from his younger sister Cao Meng Meng. She informs him that she'll be performing at the national elementary and middle school Chinese New Year's Eve gala and asks him to pick her up. Zhang Ye declines, citing his busy schedule. He then checks his phone and adds Shui Lian Yue as a friend on the chat tool, striking up a conversation about their daily lives.
