Summary

Gui Bu Gui's sudden departure leaves Guang Ren and his disciples in a precarious situation. After regaining consciousness, Guang Ren realizes his companions are also unconscious, unable to explain their state. He learns from a bamboo slip that Huo Shan is missing and that a troublesome creature resembling Ren San is on the loose. Angered, Guang Ren burns the slip and decides to pursue Gui Bu Gui and others. Meanwhile, at Wolf Mountain, Gui Bu Gui attempts to gain entry to Bai Li Xi's hot spring but is met with resistance. The comedic exchange reveals Gui Bu Gui's urgency, and despite Bai Li Xi's reluctance, the passage opens, setting the stage for further encounters.
