Summary

The United States government had sealed off connections with the outside world due to powerful Cultivation practitioners, and they sought help from the Chinese government. China was willing to send a special team to support the US, as it would benefit their development if the US settled the Cultivation practitioner chaos. Chinese leader agreed to send the team, as Loki, considered a terrorist, would descend upon the US and China might be the next target if he succeeded in spreading his Faith. Zhou Yang, the leader of the special team, flew to America with the Hu Lu Wa brothers and Misaka Mikoto, and they met the American Captain and other members of the Avengers Alliance. They discussed the cultivator peace plan, but the situation was complicated, and the evil god Loki announced that he would descend at 12:12 in New York. As the time arrived, superhumans came out, and Loki descended, revealing a divine glow. He threw three display devices, offering advanced versions of his divine nature, and Thor, the God of Thunder, attacked him with a lightning bolt. However, Loki was nearly invulnerable, and the lightning seemed to obey his command.
