Summary

A young man intervenes when a city management officer harasses an elderly war veteran, defending the old man by physically confronting the officer. After a public altercation, the young man is brutally beaten by multiple urban management officers and taken to a vehicle. During the beating, an unknown voice advises him to stay silent during questioning. Eventually, he is taken to an interrogation room, where he discovers Fang Peng Guang, a significant figure, sitting across from him, seemingly shocked by his presence.
