Summary

Bai Wa is gravely injured by an old swordsman from Daishan, making him unable to fight. He instructs Chang Feng to be cautious of the swordsman while leading the troops. Chang Feng, eager to prove himself, engages the old swordsman but realizes he cannot let the commander face him alone. He aids the Youqiong Clan's guard, who ultimately kills the old swordsman. With the enemy's leader defeated, the court's soldiers drive the Guandou army back. Meanwhile, Shuang Feng Xian and Ju Chi Xian face chaos as their forces retreat, leading to confusion and a regrouping at the main tent. They mourn the old swordsman's death and vow revenge. The Elder of the Guandou army reflects on the battle's chaos and orders a count of casualties, ultimately finding the army still strong enough for further conflict.
