Summary

The story follows an encounter between the narrator and two tomb raiders, Huang Hou and Niu Zhuang. Initially, they appear as lost travelers who steal the narrator's food. Later, a supernatural event occurs where Huang Hou transforms into a horrifying Xue Shi (blood spirit) after examining a mysterious jade artifact. The narrator uses a Six Ding Six Jia Demon-Banishing Talisman and General Cheng's sword to destroy the creature. The surviving fatty reveals they were college students who attempted tomb raiding, and the jade's moonlight reflection triggered Huang Hou's terrifying transformation.
