Journey to the West: Anyway, It's Boring, Might as Well Rob Someone.

Summary

A young boy herding cattle encounters Ancestral Dragon, warning him of lurking demons. Unfazed, Ancestral Dragon learns about Tripitaka's journey to the Western Heaven. Displeased with the decline of the Dragon Clan, he vows to reclaim the white dragon. The boy, Chu Yun, reveals he has already conquered the Heavenly Court, which houses millions of dragons. As they discuss their situation, three other dragons, Light Dragon, Golden Dragon, and Blue Dragon, express frustration over their clan's diminished status. Ancestral Dragon assures them their descendants are safe, having been rescued from the Heavenly Court. They prepare to visit the Dragon-Raising Pool there, intrigued by Chu Yun's power.
