Summary

In a moonlit forest, Zhang Bai Ren pursues three figures using their speed and agility to evade capture. Despite his efforts, including the use of the Immortal Binding Rope, he struggles to subdue them. A powerful Daoist intervenes, showcasing mastery over nature, ensnaring Zhang Bai Ren with plants. Realizing reasoning is futile, he attempts to escape underground but is thwarted. After a fierce struggle, he manages to slip away and contemplates the situation, suspecting deeper plots involving the court and his own life. He captures a rare bird, Qiao Ying Zi, intending to tame it for future use. Zhang Bai Ren prepares for impending challenges, aware of the dangers lurking in Xuan Ji Dao Guan.
