Summary

Ye Qian meets Pu Xian Jun, Li Ruo Ran's assistant, at the hospital and invites her to dinner. They discuss her interest in Sichuan cuisine and her plans to return to Y Country. Ye Qian expresses concern for Lin Yi, his brother-in-law, and learns Pu Xian has already booked a flight to Y Country. She is impressed by Ye Qian's position at Haotian Group and accepts a check he offers as a token of appreciation. After a pleasant dinner, Ye Qian takes her to the airport and then heads to the police station to find Lin Yi, who is in detention and injured. Ye Qian confronts the officers, demanding to see Lin Yi.
