Summary

Di Shi Tian, wounded and reflecting on the eternal war between celestial and non-celestial beings, resolves to head north to the Golden Royal Court to assert control over the world's future. Meanwhile, Zhu Hao Miao, recovering from his injuries with the help of Diao Chan, seeks out Song Li to learn about the criminals who attacked him. He discovers they are drugged and imprisoned, and he devises a plan to plunder their true objects by erasing their soul marks, sealing the prisoners in a state of false death to buy time. As he executes his plan, Huai Xu feels a chilling unease about Zhu Hao Miao's intentions and demeanor.
