Summary

Cen Laodao, after evading search efforts from both Xie Shiwang's family and the Taoist Association, was discovered at a marriage agency in a neighboring city. He had moved there after selling his temple, but his peaceful life was disrupted when he was recognized by Xie’s brother-in-law. During an encounter, Cen revealed that the cursed "Disobedient Yoke" he sold to Xie was a divine object imprisoning powerful entities. Xie, aware of recent fatalities linked to the yoke, decided to turn Cen over to the Taoist Association. Meanwhile, Sun Pang Zi considered seeking help from a monk but faced rejection.
