Summary

Miao Yi, after a fierce battle, is defeated by Qin Wei Wei and faces the choice of surrendering. Despite his initial defiance, memories of his foster parents and brothers compel him to yield, filled with grief over his inability to protect them. Yan Xiu urges him to surrender for the sake of his family. Yang Qing, observing Miao Yi's loyalty and bravery, admires him and sees potential in nurturing such a warrior. Meanwhile, the scene shifts to the Flickering Light Cave, where cave masters arrive, and Xiong Xiao notices one of his maids, Chun Xue, distressed, hinting at deeper emotions and connections among the characters.
