Summary

In the dark of night, Qing Zhu returns home, nursing injuries from a fierce encounter with Su Bai, a formidable opponent. Despite her wounds, she manages to bandage herself before her grandfather, Qing Wu, arrives. He learns that Su Bai, a friend of the Saintess, injured her during a test of strength. Meanwhile, Su Bai, also wounded, discusses the encounter with Mao Chuan, who reveals that Qing Zhu used a deadly poison, Blue Heart Flower, intending to kill him. Su Bai, protected by the Golden Silkworm Gu, plans to feign poisoning for safety. He requests permission to enter the dangerous Ten Thousand Poisons Ridge to find the Three Lives Gu for an injured servant.
