Summary

In a rare crimson forest, two guards discover a half-dead young man in a pit, speculating about his fate. Huo Xuanming, a noble, dismisses the situation with disdain, while Yan Mengyu, a kind-hearted maiden, insists on helping him. Despite Huo's objections, she and her companion Wang Dahu take the injured Dao Ling to safety. As he recovers, they share a meal, and Dao Ling learns they are heading to Huoshen Mountain, known for its legendary Divine Flame. Intrigued by the potential for Exotic Fires, he sees a chance to enhance his alchemy skills, realizing the significance of this journey.
