Summary

In a mysterious courtyard, the narrator encounters a ghostly infant with Li Ming Yao. They attempt to capture the spirit using a Heavenly Net Earthly Web and a Five Thunderstrikes Talisman, but fail. The ghost baby bites the narrator's middle finger, weakening him and attempting to drag him into a well. Li Ming Yao's own ghost emerges and battles the infant, ultimately falling into the well. The encounter leaves Li Ming Yao in pain and unable to leave, fearing the consequences of the little monster losing control.
