Chapter 32: Secret Code [Second Update]. [33]

Summary

Lou Lan was forgotten by everyone, including Zu Yan and the audience, as they focused on Ai Hui's desperate attempts to dodge Zu Yan's attacks. However, Lou Lan was deep in thought, trying to figure out how to help Ai Hui. He had recovered from his initial nervousness but felt helpless due to his lack of combat experience and the huge difference in strength between Ai Hui and Zu Yan. Despite feeling overwhelmed, Lou Lan admired Ai Hui's determination and willpower. He remembered Ai Hui's eyes, which showed a hint of light and passion. Lou Lan felt envious, realizing he had never felt such passion before. He thought about himself and his role as a sand doll, but having a friend like Ai Hui made him happy, and he decided to fight alongside him. Lou Lan dispersed into a pool of flowing sand and used the power of the air currents to float in mid-air. He sensed Zu Yan's energy and physical strength depleting, but Ai Hui's physical strength had reached its limit. Lou Lan admired Ai Hui's willpower and decided to launch an attack when Ai Hui rushed past him. A cloud of sand suddenly dispersed, enveloping Zu Yan and disrupting his connection to the "Earth Fire Spider Web." The sound of the sand rubbing against each other was like a bolt of lightning that illuminated Ai Hui's brain, and he suddenly focused. Ai Hui adjusted his stance and launched a final attack, using his hands and feet to spring forward like a spring. The attack was immense, and the shockwave generated was like a tsunami. The stage was filled with an eerie silence, and the audience was frozen in shock. Ai Hui's body was like a fish arching its back, and the sound of the impact was like a fish jumping out of the water. The yellow sand scattered in all directions, and Zu Yan's figure crashed into the isolation shield. The referee checked on him and found that he had fainted. The entire arena was silent, stunned by the sudden reversal. Ai Hui was left unable to move, drained of his last bit of energy. The yellow sand gathered in front of Ai Hui, forming a large patch, and then slid under him, lifting him up. The sand flowed out of the arena, carrying Ai Hui towards the arena owner's table. The Ambrosia Grass was spat out, and a part of the Flowing Sand transformed into a hand, opening up and stretching out to the owner. The owner was stunned, but after a few seconds, the yellow sand hand grew impatient and tapped the owner's desk several times, gesturing to the owner to pay the prize money. The owner hastily fetched the prize money and placed it in the yellow sand's hand. Only then did the yellow sand carry Ai Hui away, leaving the arena in silence and with everyone staring in awe.
