Summary

Chen Ping An returns to Liu Xian Yang's courtyard after fetching water, asking to borrow firewood, oil, and salt to make fish soup for Miss Ning. Liu Xian Yang, initially annoyed, is excited about Zhi Gui and insists on accompanying Chen. They discuss their feelings for Zhi Gui and Song Ji Xin, with Liu expressing disdain for the latter. Chen Ping An helps Miss Ning with porridge, while Liu waits for Zhi Gui. As Chen jogs through town, he admires various scenes, including a girl absorbed in her meal.
