Chapter 32: Break the Cauldrons and Sink the Boats. [32]
Summary
The chapter focuses on Lu Chen, a cultivator tormented by black flames that have consumed his dantian for ten years, leaving him in a state of suffering. He attempts to circulate his qi, invoking the black flames that threaten to destroy him. Despite the intense pain and temptation of a nearby azure pool that could save him, Lu Chen endures the agony, determined to activate the severely damaged five-element divine plate within him. As the flames rage, he experiences a moment of clarity and desperation, using a black short sword to inflict a wound on himself, allowing him to channel his remaining strength into the divine plate. He plunges his hand into the azure pool, which revitalizes him and extinguishes his wounds. However, when he emerges, he discovers the pool has lost its vitality, now appearing as an ordinary puddle, and notices a dark shadow beneath the water.Full content
