Summary

Zheng Shaofeng reveals to Ning Qiushui that Teacher Dong's soul is trapped, suffering in death. He expresses his desire to save him despite the futility of sacrifices. As they face the ominous dorm manager, Ning Qiushui doubts the existence of the ghosts Zheng mentioned. Suddenly, eerie laughter fills the basement, revealing three tormented souls. The dorm manager, sensing danger, retreats but is soon tormented by the playful ghost, Yang Yang, who taunts it. The scene escalates as the dorm manager, in a frantic search for Yang Yang, inflicts self-harm, only to discover that Yang Yang resides within its mind, leading to a gruesome climax.
