Summary

Huo Yan is frustrated with his clan's warriors and questions their bravery. Lu Chen asks what Huo Yan's father, the Clan Chief, said about the situation. Huo Yan's father wants to wait until Huo Yan returns to discuss the matter. Huo Yan decides to go to his father to discuss things and asks Lu Chen to come with him. Lu Chen agrees, and they go to meet with the Clan Chief. Huo Yan wants to take revenge, but his father disagrees. Lu Chen is confident that they can win the battle, but Huo Yan's father refuses to agree. Huo Yan argues with his father, but ultimately, the decision is made to not intervene in the ambush. Lu Chen tells Huo Yan that he needs to address some things to make the Black Fire tribe strong, including not slaughtering everyone in the battle.
