Summary

A Tu approaches Lu Chen and Huo Yan as they emerge from an underground cave, sensing something unusual. They return to the Black Stone Canyon at night, where they reflect on their journey under the stars. As they continue toward the Black Fire Tribe's camp, they notice black smoke rising, indicating trouble. Huo Yan, enraged and fearful, rushes ahead, while Lu Chen remains calm despite his indifference toward the tribe. Upon reaching the camp, they find it in ruins with only a few corpses, leading Huo Yan to despair. However, Lu Chen deduces that the tribe's warriors likely protected the others during an ambush. Realizing this, Huo Yan resolves to find the missing tribe members, and they set off together, with A Tu howling into the night.
