Summary

Tang Xiu inquires about wild beasts at Zhai Mountain Plain, learning from a farmer that game has dwindled due to excessive hunting. Despite his efforts, he finds no fierce beasts and decides to explore the mountain himself. After a challenging climb, he catches various game but is confronted by a group of wealthy individuals who attempt to intimidate him into selling his catch. Tang Xiu stands his ground, refusing to comply and asserting his rights. The group, taken aback by his confidence, ultimately retreats. Unbeknownst to them, Tang Xiu had been hiding nearby, planning his next move.
