Summary

Hugo and Sun Pang Zi discuss the history of a brass box containing the demon Aishma, which was buried in Tianjin by the Church after a series of evil spirit incidents. Despite attempts to relocate it, the box was eventually opened, and the spirits vanished. Meanwhile, Xi Men Lian discovers the whereabouts of two individuals connected to the incident, leading Sun Pang Zi to suspect they are headed to the Bureau of Civil Investigation's old building. He instructs his team to remain vigilant while he plans to intercept the two. The story culminates with their arrival at the Bureau, where three elderly men await them.
