Summary

Ye Qing decided to look for his aunt and little sister, and buy some meat and vegetables to take home. He found them at Chunfeng Pavilion, a famous fabric shop in Great Xia, where a young girl in red had secretly slipped in to look at the expensive fabrics. The girl was forced to buy a piece of fabric by the shopkeeper after being mocked by the maid of a noblewoman, Lin Yue. However, the situation took a turn when Lin Yue saw a face she thought was dead, and fled in fright. Ye Qing arrived and found his aunt and sister being bullied, and he stood up for them. He then took his sister to the fabric shop, where he was warned that they only accepted gold. Ye Qing ignored the shopkeeper and started selecting fabrics, eventually slapping him and paying with a spirit stone. The shopkeeper and Ye Qing's aunt were shocked by his actions.
