Summary

He Gou has a low alcohol tolerance, quickly becoming drunk and disorderly after only a few drinks. His colleague, Lao Jiu He Ji, realizes the need to dilute the alcohol after witnessing the chaos. He helps He Gou recover in bed while reflecting on his past human drinking capacity. Meanwhile, the narrator is informed about the dangers outside the temple and the fate of the couple who accompanied them. As they navigate through a house, they discover a swamp where Shen Zhongping and his pregnant wife, Lei Yin Niang, are in peril. Shen Zhongping, resigned to his fate, urges his wife to prioritize their unborn child and find someone new after his demise.
