Summary

Jack and Sha La, familiar with Da Zuo's formidable strength, are surprised by his defeat. Sha La reveals that the B.S.R.F, a powerful unit under Black Watch, is involved. Leon and Helena are on a mission to confront Chief Security Advisor Simmons, who has been implicated in the president's murder. Sha La, shocked to learn Simmons is her boss, provides Leon with a meeting location. They encounter BSAA squads and Chris, who learns that Ada Wong is not the true mastermind but a fake created by Simmons. As they pursue Simmons, he is attacked by a ghostly figure injecting him with the C-virus. The B.S.R.F intervenes, and Simmons is ultimately confronted and vaccinated against mutation, leaving Leon and Helena to decide his fate.
